1) I tend to think about three steps ahead. Ever since I went on my weight loss journey, I learned that it is about going two steps back and taking life one step at a time.
2) When I hit goal and entered maintenance mode, I learned that the battle isn't over, and that struggle will still be there, and that I need to work through it one step at a time.
3) I'm a huge fan of the Jordin Sparks song "One Step at a Time." It speaks volumes about anything worth having or fighting for. Oh, and that what you want will happen, just take it one step at a time.
